Job Title: Enrollment & Eligibility Back Office Administrator
Location: Remote, Pennsylvania (must reside in Pennsylvania)
Department: Pennsylvania Independent Enrollment Broker
Work Hours: 7:00am, 7:30am, 8:00am, or 8:30am (employee choice), Monday-Friday
About the Role:
The Enrollment & Eligibility (E&E) Back Office Administrator supports the Pennsylvania Independent Enrollment Broker (IEB) program by ensuring timely and accurate processing of enrollment documentation. This in-office position plays an essential role in maintaining data integrity and providing operational support to streamline healthcare access for Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities and Impact:
As an Enrollment & Eligibility Back Office Administrator, you will:
- Open, sort, and organize incoming mail by document type.
- Batch, scan, link, and index documents accurately within multiple data systems.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail in accordance with program standards.
- Maintain consistent data accuracy and ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers to support daily production goals.
- Assists with cross-trained support functions.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Accurate data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Standout Qualifications:
- Previous experience handling sensitive documentation or mail processing.
- Background in healthcare, enrollment, or eligibility services.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move between work areas throughout the day.
- Frequent use of hands for mail sorting, scanning, and computer input.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable working in an office environment with moderate activity levels.
Pay Range:
$15.00/hr.
After successfully completing a contingency period of at least 120 days with our company, eligible employees will have access to an excellent benefits package, including full insurance and other benefits effective the first of the month following the end of the probationary period. In addition, employees receive paid time off for Pennsylvania state holidays from day one, provided they work their scheduled hours before and after the holiday. Note that successful completion of the contingency period does not guarantee employment or hire by any partner organization.
